Recently, we purchased two items from Aurora Home Hardware, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Bridget was very helpful, her knowledge, patience, and the range of options she shared made it easy for us to find exactly what worked for our needs and budget. I would also like to mention the delivery person (unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name) who was on time and helped my husband bring the items into our unit. I ran into a problem with a warranty I had with a product I purchased at Home Hardware and called the Aurora location to see if they could help solve it for me. I spoke to Phil who directed me to talk to Rebecca, who then directed me to Bridget to solve my problem. Bridget told me to come into the store and assured me that she would be able to help me solve my problem. I went in and she helped me right away. She was super helpful came through with solving my problem. After this fantastic customer experience I will always be bringing my business to Home Hardware. Thanks again HOME HARDWARE AURORA!

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I called the store to confirm if they have in stock the product for which I was looking for; a very kind and very professional lady checked and assured me that they have it; she asked me if I want to have those items on hold for me. In 2 hours I was there. That lady worked as a cashier as well, and she immediately made the arrangements, and those heavy weighting items were brought close to my car. Very PROFESSIONAL people, and that lady was OUTSTNDING! She definitely ADDED VALUE in the HOME HARDWARE products and services! Many THANKS.

We recently had two bathroom renos done and bought our vanities from Home Hardware in Aurora. I was so confused but Melissa was wonderful. She was so calm and helped me go through the process of picking my vanities. She also held the vanities at the store for a few months due to the delay in our reno. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made the experience so great. I am attaching two pictures of the vanities. Excellent old-fashioned service from the staff at Home Hardware Aurora. We purchased this semi-custom vanity for our bathroom renovation. They have floor models and hardware samples on display, which made the selection and ordering process very simple. The order arrived in less than two weeks. They agreed to store it for a week since I wasn’t ready at the time. Pickup was also very convenient. Drive around to the back and they load it directly into your vehicle! Will be back for our next renovation project.
